10 lbs chicken thigh meat
1 bottle BC Marinade Sauce
1 bottle BC Grill n’ Dip Sauce
1. Marinate chicken in BC Marinade for as short as 30 minutes. (For large parts, over- night marinating will be necessary.)
2. Pre-heat the oven to 450 F.
3. Bake chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
4. Move chicken onto the grill and brush BC Grill ‘N Dip on each side every few minutes.
5. Cook until the chicken is completely done.
6. Cut chicken into bite size cubes and glaze BC Grill ‘N Dip.
