Authentic Bourbon Chicken


Ingredients

10 lbs chicken thigh meat
1 bottle BC Marinade Sauce
1 bottle BC Grill N Dip Sauce


Preparation

  1. Marinate chicken in BC Marinade for as short as 30 minutes. (For large parts, over- night marinating will be necessary.)
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 450 F.
  3. Bake chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Move chicken onto the grill and brush BC Grill N Dip on each side every few minutes.
  5. Cook until the chicken is completely done.
  6. Cut chicken into bite size cubes and glaze BC Grill N Dip.

Asian Style Salmon


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6-ounce each)
1 bottle BC Marinade Sauce
1 bottle BC Grill n Dip Sauce


Preparation


Cooking Procedure
  • Marinate salmon in BC Marinade for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 F.
  • Put aluminum foil on top of a baking dish.
  • Place salmon fillets on foil and bake 35-45 minutes
  • Glaze BC Grill N Dip freely on salmon.
  • Serve with rice.

Bourbon Chicken Hot Wings


Ingredients

12 chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot chili pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 bottle Grill n Dip Sauce
Frying oil: enough to cover wings in deep fryer


Preparation

Marinate chicken ( 7-10 lbs) or other meat with BC Bourbon Chicken Marinade for as short as 30 minutes.
Serve with dirty rice and garlic-cheese drop biscuits. yum!

Cooking Procedure

  • Mix flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl
  • Add chicken wings in the bowl and make sure they are coated evenly with flour mixture. Then refrigerate wings for 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Heat oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and fry wings for 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Mix Grill n Dip Sauce with hot chili pepper powder to make hot sauce.
  • Glaze sauce on wings; stir and mix both well. Reserve the unused sauce for dipping.

Chicken Toast Rolls


Ingredients

1 Toast Slice
Baked Bourbon Chicken made with Bourbon Chicken Sauce
1 Pickled cucumber
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
2 Leaves of Lettuce
Purple Onion to taste
Chili Pepper- to taste
Alfalfa Sprout to taste
Mayonnaise to taste


Preparation

  • Cut baked Bourbon Chicken into strips. (The recipe for BC chicken can be found on this website.)
  • Cut pickled cucumber and cheese into strips. Cut away the browning of toast.
  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves, purple onion, chili pepper, and alfalfa sprouts. Tear lettuce leaves into strips. Finely slice purple onion and chili pepper.
  • Lay flat the toast and place all the prepared ingredients on the toast, add mayonnaise to your liking, roll up the toast, and YUMMY!

Baked & Grilled Chicken


Ingredients

7-10 lbs of Chicken
BC Bourbon Chicken Marinade
BC Bourbon Chicken Grill N Dip


Preparation

  • Marinate chicken (7-10 lbs) or other meat selection in BC Bourbon Chicken Marinade for as short as 30 minutes. (For large parts, overnight marinade will be necessary)
  • Pre-heat the oven at 450 F.
  • Bake chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Put the chicken on the grill and brush BC Bourbon Chicken Grill N Dip on each side every few minutes.
  • Cook until the chicken is completely done.
  • Before serving, apply BC Bourbon Chicken Grill'N Dip.
  • Enjoy!

Crockpot Bourbon Chicken


Ingredients

Boneless skinless thighs fat trimmed and cut in pieces
Bourbon Chicken Marinade
Bourbon Chicken Dip Sauce


Preparation

  • Place in crockpot with some marinade (stir to coat); cook on low for about 6 hours (depending on amount of chicken)
  • Take chicken out of pot and check for doneness; drain and discard juices from crockpot; replace chicken in crockpot and add some bourbon dip sauce (just enough to flavor) stir.
  • Cook for 1 more hour on low
  • Add dip to taste as needed
Serve with dirty rice and garlic-cheese drop biscuits. yum!

Beef with Mushrooms


This is a quick recipe and tasty recipe that will leave everybody on the table asking for more.

Ingredients

Beef Sirloin (thin cut steaks)
Assorted mushrooms
Minced garlic
Corn Flour
Onions
Water Chestnuts
Green Onions
BC Bourbon Chicken Marinade
BC Bourbon Chicken Grill N Dip


Preparation

  • Cut the steaks in bite size strips and marinate in Bourbon Chicken Marinade for about an hour.
  • Slice onions on wedges. Once the meat is marinated, sprinkle some flour on both side of the strips
Cooking Procedure

  • Pre-heat a wok with sesame oil or vegetable oil and add the garlic.
  • Sauté the steak quickly until lightly browned and separate.
  • Add the onion, mushrooms and chesnuts and cook until tender.
  • Return the steak strips to the wok and blend with the other ingredients in the wok. Use Bourbon Chicken Grill N Dip to taste to add a sweeter taste and balance the flavor.
  • Serve with white rice and garnish with green onions.

Bourbon Chicken Fried Rice


Ingredients

4 cups cold cooked rice
1 pound chicken thigh meat
3 Tbsp cooking oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup peas and carrots
2 fresh beaten eggs
White pepper, as needed
Sesame oil, as needed

Preparation


Bourbon Chicken
  1. Marinate chicken in BC Marinade for as short as 30 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Bake chicken in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Move chicken onto grill and brush BC Grill n Dip on both sides.
  4. When chicken is done, cut chicken into cube sizes

Fried Rice
  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat and add cooking oil.
  2. Add onion and eggs. After onion becomes semi-transparent and eggs are well done, add rice.
  3. Add soy sauce. Stir and mix well until rice turns brown.
  4. Add peas and carrots.
  5. Add bourbon chicken cubes. Stir and mix well.
  6. Add white pepper, sesame oil, and BC Original Grill n Dip to taste.

Bourbon Chicken Fajita


Ingredients

1 ½ LBS boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 medium bell pepper, cored and sliced into ½-inch strips
1 sweet onion, sliced into ½-inch strips
1 bottle of BC Grill n Dip Sauce
2 tbsp of canola oil
12 flour tortillas


Preparation


Marinade
  • 4 oz of BC Marinade
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp hot chili sauce or paprika (optional)
  • ½ jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped

Cooking Procedure
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients well in a bowl and add the chicken breast. If spicy is desired, add hot chili sauce or paprika. Let sit for at least an hour in a fridge.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of canola oil to a grill pan sauté peppers and onions until crisp tender. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of canola oil to medium-high. Add chicken. When one side is browned, about 10 minutes, flip to the other side and brown it, too. Slice chicken against the grain in ½-inch thick pieces.
  4. Warm up a tortilla by placing it in a dry pan heated to medium. Flip to the other side until both sides are warm. Repeat with the remaining tortillas
  5. Place chicken and vegetables in the serving dish. Glaze chicken with BC Grill n Dip sauce.
  6. Assemble fajitas and enjoy!

Bourbon Chicken Pizza


Ingredients

1 12-inch pre-baked pizza regular crust
2 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
1 orange bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 minced garlic cloves
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
BC Original Marinade
BC Original Grill n Dip Sauce
Sriracha or garlic chili sauce


Preparation

  • Add minced garlic cloves to BC Original Marinade and let chicken sit in it for as short as 30 minutes.
  • Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Bake chicken in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Let chicken cool and cut into cubes.
  • Add hot sauce to BC Original Grill n Dip sauce to desired hotness and mix well.
  • Place crust on a cookie sheet and use a large spoon to spread 4. sauce over the pizza crust within the rim.
  • Cover sauce with ¾ cup cheese.
  • Toss half of cubed chicken, yellow and orange bell peppers, and purple onion evenly on crust.
  • Sprinkle ¼ cup cheese over toppings.
  • Glaze 4. sauce on toppings.
  • Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Bake pizza until crust is crisp and golden, 10-12 minutes.
  • Cut and serve.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops


Ingredients

4 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick, 8 ounces each)
1 bottle of BC Original Marinade
1 bottle of BC Original Grill n Dip
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 ½ cups ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
2 bay leaves


Preparation

  • Mix Marinade with garlic powder and ground black pepper in a sealed bag.
  • Add pork chops in the bag. Move the bag to refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Heat up cooking oil in a large skillet and brown pork chops on both sides.
  • In the slow cooker, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and bay leaves.
  • Add pork chops in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or until meat is tender.
  • Before serving, glaze Grill n Dip if desired.
